NUEVAUNO provides software development services, automations, platform integrations, and custom digital solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

NUEVAUNO allows you to create an account or sign in using third-party authentication services, such as Google Sign-In. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• When you use a third-party authentication provider, you are also subject to that provider's terms of service and privacy policy
• NUEVAUNO is not responsible for the availability, security, or data handling practices of any third-party authentication service
• We may suspend or terminate accounts created through third-party authentication if the provider reports violations of their policies or terms
• Linking a third-party account does not exempt you from complying with these Terms of Service or any other NUEVAUNO policies

5. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation of our services

All content, software, code, and materials provided by NUEVAUNO are protected by intellectual property rights. Custom work developed for clients is subject to specific agreements that define ownership and usage rights.

7. Payments and Billing

Specific payment terms are established in individual agreements with clients. In general:

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Payments must be made according to the agreed terms
• Services may be suspended due to non-payment
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Warranties and Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We strive to maintain the highest quality, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUEVAUNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
